About Us
At Everyday Eats by Esti, we believe food should be a source of joy, not stress.
Yet for so many of us, eating can feel confusing, overwhelming, or even anxiety-inducing.
I know that feeling all too well because I’ve lived it myself. For years, I struggled with disordered eating, negative body image, and the constant noise of diet culture. I felt confused by what “healthy” really meant and trapped in an exhausting cycle of trying to do it “right.” Finding my way out of that space and discovering peace with food and my body is what inspired me to help others do the same.
Now, as a Registered Dietitian with an MBA, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting others who want to build a healthier, more balanced relationship with food. Whether you’re a young girl navigating pressures around body image, a woman juggling the demands of family and self-care, or simply someone who is tired of feeling stressed about what to eat- this is a space for you.
Meet Esti!

Hi, I’m Esti! I am a Registered Dietitian with an MBA. I am a passionate nutrition educator and advocate for balanced, healthy living. With a background in nutrition and years of personal and professional experience, I’ve dedicated my work to helping individuals overcome food struggles and embrace a more joyful, confident approach to eating. I believe that food is meant to be enjoyed, not feared, and I am here to help you find the peace and confidence you deserve on your wellness journey.
